Once we receive the order, we ship product within 48 hours. If there is a delay in shipping we will notify you.
If a product is backordered, we will provide an ETA.
ApplianceDesk wants you to be completely satisfied with the products you order. It is the receiver’s responsibility to
inspect freight upon delivery.
If, within 8 days after you receive the merchandise, you find any type of damage, you must notify our customer service
and an inspection will be completed.
You may return most new items sold by ApplianceDesk within 7 Days of delivery. If we are not notified within this time
Appliance Desk will not be held responsible.
Customer will pay a 20% restocking fees on all returned merchandise. The restocking fee is applicable on cost of merchandise
only. Tax & shipping are not subject to restocking fees. The restocking fee is deducted from the amount to be credited.
Cost of shipping to return the merchandise will be paid by the customer.
A refund via check or credit card will be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise in good condition.
It is the receiver’s responsibility to inspect a package upon delivery. Please open the package immediately upon delivery.
If the receiver notices any damage to the package, this should be noted on the receiving document. This should be notified
to us within 24 hours of delivery.
If there is no damage on the box, but there is concealed damage, this should be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery.
